  Core Stability Exercises :  Exercises to recruit your deep postural muscles which help in
                                              recovery and help prevent further injury.

  Ergonomic Advice:  Analysis of your working postures and advice on any aids/exercises,
                                    postural changes which may help reduce pain and prevent recurrence
                                  of symptoms
  Electrotherapy:  The use of electrical machines such as ultrasound, laser and TENS to
                           aid tissue healing and injury recovery.

Building the body's core strength and improving posture through a  series of low
repetition, low impact  stretching and conditioning exercises.
TREATMENTS EXPLAINED
 Stretching Programmes:  To help lengthen shortened and tight structures to help regain
                                            balance and alignment.
Continence/ Bladder Retraining: A discrete 1:1 service by a specialist physiotherapist to
                                                help teach a strengthening programme to give a better
                                                quality of life.
