Manipulation: High velocity small movements used to release stiff joints. Excess force
is not used in any of our treatments and treatments should never be painful.
Mobilisation Of Stiff Joints: Gentle techniques used to gently mobilise stiff joints.
Soft Tissue Techniques: Massage techniques on local ligaments, muscles, tendons and
fascia, which may help to increase the circulation, reduce
scarring, reduce muscle tension and promote the healing
process.
Hot Stone Therapy: The stones are used as tools to provide an effective tissue and muscle
massage keeping the pressure level comfortable to the client. Theses
stones allow the therapist to consentrate on specific problem areas
with more detailed work. The heat from the stones relax muscles,
increase blood flow to the area being worked on which further
increases the healing process.
